I had a great experience! Reece was super helpful and coordinated the logistics, etc. He responded quickly and answered all of my questions. On the actual day, Louis and William helped move my items. They were absolutely incredible! It was 100 degrees the day I was loading my truck, and I realized that I couldn't unload the following day alone. I called hoping...and not thinking they would be able to at the last minute, but they stated they would be able to help the following afternoon. My closing of my house changed and I had to call to ask if they could push it back. They were able to accommodate and got to my new home 5 minutes after I pulled in. They (two young men) then unloaded the 26 foot truck in less than 90 minutes!!! And, they were polite, friendly, and professional the entire time. At the end, they even swept out the truck. Reece and his team rode in on white horses when our other movers cancelled our contract last minute. Reece put together a team to do a full service move across state lines in less than 48 hours. Seriously! The team wrapped all of our items with care and packed the truck efficiently. When we unloaded the truck, they stopped at a storage unit and our condo multiple times. Reece at Illuminated helped my parents out in a really bad situation. I called and asked if he had some guys who could unload a UHaul for my dad who had hurt himself and he set us up for the same afternoon for a fair price and amazing guys (Hayes and a partner, I'm sorry I don't know his name.)
